How to Setup my netgear c6300?
To Setup netgear c6300 , first plug in the router to the power , Now connect the co-axial cable on the back side of the router. Make sure that the computer is connected to the router with an ethernet cable, so we can connect the computer with router's wifi network. Now open 192.168.1.1 on the browser. You will see the setup wizard, follow the instructions from there to complete the process.
- Turn On your Netgear Modem Router
- Connect the Co-axial cable at the backside of the Netgear router.
- Now connect your computer with the Netgear router(you can connect an Ethernet cable between your Netgear and the computer or you can connect your computer with the Netgear's wifi network)
- open your web browser and type this address:-192.168.1.1
- it will take you to the Setup page
- now follow the instructions on the screen and complete the Setup process.
plug in the extender into the wall socket and then plug the ethernet cable coming from the modem into the Netgear and then with the other cable make a connection between a computer or laptop and the Netgear
now open the browser and type the IP address into the long address bar of your browser, it will take you to the setup page
complete the instructions and then set up the wireless password and save the settings.

TO SET UP YOUR NETGEAR C6300 router You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6.that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.

Connect the internet cable from your modem to your router in the internet port.
Go to the wireless settings on your computer and connect it with routers wireless.
Now go ahead and open your browser and enter the Net-gear default ip address I.E 192.168.1.1 or you can also access the Netgear login using the default web address routerlogin.net address
Login to the net-gear with default login username and password.
