I lost the camera connection because the base for internet connection was blinking amber even though my internet was good. I unplugged the ethernet cable and plugged back in, still amber. I finally tuned off the unit and turned back on, it's all green now but the internet light is blinking green which it did all the time before. I thought it was because Arlo was sending updates through but it didn't stop and is still blinking.
> In that case we need to reconfigure the arlo cameras with the arlo base station
and for that we need to follow some steps:-
> first of all, press and hold the reset button on the arlo base station for at least 30 seconds and then release it.(make sure your base station is turned ON)
> once the power light and internet light turns to green then on your computer , open the browser and type this address:- https://arlo.netgear.com
> now sign in with the arlo account and then click on add device
> select your base station and then it will search for your base station
> once its shows you your device then give a name to your device and hit next.
> once your base station is configured then sync all of your cameras with the base station(make sure your cameras are within 5 ft. from the base station.)
and to sync your cameras , for that first press and hold the sync button on the base station for 3 seconds and then on camera for 2 seconds and wait for the blue light to blinks fast on the camera and after that once the light goes off on the camera it means camera is synchronized with the base station.
> Do this same thing with all the cameras
> and once your cameras are synchronized then click add device on your computer screen and select your camera and hit continue and complete the setup.
> after that you can check your camera's live feed.
