how to setup arlo cam with my smart phone?



>Turn On your arlo base station and connect an ethernet cable between the base station and the router
>then download the arlo app on your smartphone
> after that open the app and sign in with the arlo account and if you don't have any account then click on new to arlo and follow the steps.
>click on add a device
> select your base station and then it will search for your base station
> once its shows you your device then give a name to your device and hit next.
> once your base station is configured then sync all of your cameras with the base station(make sure your cameras are within 5 ft. from the base station.)
and to sync your cameras , for that first press and hold the sync button on the base station for 3 seconds and then on camera for 2 seconds and wait for the blue light to blinks fast on the camera and after that once the light goes off on the camera it means camera is synchronized with the base station.
> Do this same thing with all the cameras
> and once your cameras are synchronized then click add device on your computer screen and select your camera and hit continue and complete the setup.
> after that you can check your camera's live feed.
To set up Arlo Q on an Android device:
Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
1. Tap the + icon or click Add Device.
2. Tap or click Arlo Q.
3. Select your connection type.
4. Plug in your Arlo Q. When the LED starts blinking amber, tap or click Continue.
5. Ensure that your router name (network SSID) appears under Network
Name.
6. Note: If the SSID does not display automatically, the router might not
broadcasting its SSID. For more information about connecting to a
hidden network, see How do I connect my Arlo Q to a hidden Wi-Fi
network?.
7. Enter the password for your router and Tap or click Continue.
Press and release the Sync button (located on the bottom-right when
looking at the front of the camera).
8. Tap or click Continue.
9. The LED begins blinking blue.
10. An informational page or screen telling you how to scan the QR code
with the Arlo Q camera displays.
11. Place the QR code that displays on your Android device approximately
8 inches from the Arlo Q camera.
12. When the camera reads the code, it makes a chime sound.
13.Tap or click Yes to confirm that the camera made a chime sound.
Note: If you do not year a chime sound, tap or click No. You are directed
back to Step 6.
14. After you tap or click Yes, the camera attempts to connect to your Wi-Fi
network.
15.Once the Wi-Fi network detects the camera, the camera's serial number
and the time zone in which you reside display.
16.Tap or click Continue.
Your Arlo system set up is complete. You can view your cameras.
