To manually Upgrade your firmware:
A. Download the file from the www.ampedwireless.com/support and remember the location where you saved it. Firmware files may also be provided by Amped wireless support Concierges.
B. Click Choose the File and locate the file.
C. Click upload to begin upgrading
NOTE: FIRMWARE FILES NORMALLY HAVE .bin FILE EXTENSION

To manually upgrade your firmware:

2. Login to your extender’s web GUI.
3. Go to More Settings tab> firmware.
4. Click Choose File and locate the file.
5. Click Upload to begin upgrading.
First of all you need to download the file from the website/ http://www.ampedwireless.com and go to the location where you saved the file. Then you need to login extender’s web GUO and then go to more settings and click firmware, Now you need to choose file and locate the file and last click the upload to begin upgrading
First of all you need to download the extender’s firmware from the amped official website that is https://amedwireless.com/support
Login into the extender webpage
Go to the Firmware Upgrade

How To Update Firmware on Amped REC10?
For Updating the firmware manually:
Go extender’s web GUI Using setup.ampedwireless.com or IP Address 192.168.1.240.
Step 1: Click Advanced Settings.
Step 2: Click Admin.
Step:3Click Firmware Update.
Step 4: Click the Browse button.
Step 5: Browse to the location where the firmware file was saved.
Note: Download the file from the http://www.ampedwireless.com/support website and remember the location where you saved it.
Step 6: Select the downloaded file and click Open.
Step 7: Click the Upload button to begin the firmware update.
The firmware update will begin
In order to update the firmware of an Amped extender please follow the instructions below:
> Make sure the extender is connected to the computer wirelessly or via ethernet cable.
> Pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.240
> Go to more settings and then firmware upgrade.
> click on check for a new update and then it will redirect you to the http://www.ampedwireless.com/support, download the file from the website for the latest firmware.
> go back to the amped dashboard and upload the downloaded file for the latest firmware and click on upload.
> The extender will install the new update and the reboot the extender.
> The firmware update is complete.
connect your computer with the extender's wifi network
then open the browser and type the address:- 192.168.1.240
>once you are on the dashboard of the extender
>then go to more settings and then click on firmware upgrade.
>now it will take you to the amped website , from where we have to download the latest firmware for this extender
>once the download is complete
then go to the extender's dashboard
>and click on upload
>now it will install the new firmware
