In order to change the wifi name and the password for Tplink router you need to follow the following steps:
> you would need to connect to the router wit the TPLINK wireless or via ethernet cable.
>logon to a http://www.tplinkwifi.com or you can logon to 192.168.0.1
> default username is : admin and the default password is : admin
> go to the basic settings under you will see the wireless settings and security
> change the name and the password for the wifi here
> apply the changes and connect your devices to wifi
Login to the router by default IP address of router i.e 192.168.0.1 and password as admin.
Then go to the wireless security under wireless and change the password of your router.
Save the settings and connect your devices with new password and you will be ready to go.
Follow these steps for change the password of your Tplink router-
-Login into the router page by typing 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of your browser(default password admin).
-Now click on wireless tab, here you can change the SSID and the password for your Tplink wireless network.
-After changing the username and the password save the settings and you will be able to see the changes after rebooting your device.
