In order to open the Arris login page we have to follow the following steps-
Make sure that your computer should be connected to the router by an Ethernet cable or wireless
press the windows key and letter r to open the run box
and type cmd in the address bar of the run box
pull up the cmd prompt and type  ipconfig
copy the default ip address
open any browser and paste that IP address at the long address or the URL bar at the top of the browser hit enter
hence you can able to login on the login page of Arris router
