  • Try Reset.
    Remove all the cables from the router.
    Plug only power.
    Press reset button for 10-14 seconds.
    Wait for 5 Minutes.
    Once you see Power and WiFi LEDs solid, plug the ethernets cable back in.
    Connect to its Wireless network. Check the bottom of the router for default credentials.
    Now http://access router.asus.com or https://192.168.1.1

  • In this case you need to follow these steps-
    >Remove all the cables that are connected to your router excluding power cable.
    >Press reset button for 15 seconds of the router using paper clip
    >Wait until the LEDs of the router get solid.
    >Now plug in the cables that you removed before, do cross check the cables that plugged in the right ports.
    >For the further setup you need visit the control panel of the router by opening https://192.168.1.1 in any of your browser.

  • follow the steps below to get the ASUS router back running:
    > Reset the router press and hold the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds using a paper clip
    > connect a ethernet cable between the router and the computer or connect your computer wireless to teh router default SSID
    > pull up a browser and at the Top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.50.1 and hit enter
    > Complete the setup by following the instructions
    > reboot the router
    > and teh setup is complete you will be able to use the WIFI of your device.

  • In this scenario you need to reset all the settings of your router by holding the reset button on the back of it for 20-30 seconds approx.
    Then unplug your router and plug it back again after 1 mininute.
    Once all done wait for all the lights come back on the router.
    Then you can go to router.asus.com and configure your router again.
