  • hard reset instructions are below:
    Press and hold the reset button on the extender for 30 seconds
    While holding the reset button on the extender unplug the extender from the power
    keep holding the reset button and wait for 20 seconds and then plug the extender back in
    keeps holding it down for 20 seconds and then release the extender.
    The hard reset is now done.
