  • To change the Wi fi password of your Netgear router kindly follow these steps:-
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password . (Default user name – admin password-password).
    6. It will open router main page then you need to go to wireless section .
    7. Under wireless section you can change passphrase/network key and your network name as well.

  • – You need to be connected to your router.
    – Visit https://routerlogin.net and log in using your username and password.
    – Default credentials- admin for username and password for Password.
    – Select Wireless on the dashboard.
    – Change the password and hit apply.
    – Make sure if you are just changing password then also change the name of the wireless.
    – When changing the name, you can keep the same password.
    – If you don’t follow this practice you may face connecting problems to some devices.

  • Login to your router by entering the default ip address 192.168.1.1 or http://www.routerlogin.net.
    Then enter the default username and password of your Netgear router.
    Now click on the wireless tab and make the necessary changes according to your need.
    Now you need to reconnect your all devices with a new password.
