If your linksys is not detecting the device, please follow the instructions below:
> login in to the dashboard of your linksys router using the default ip address 192.168.1.1
> login with default username: admin and password : admin
> go to the wireless panel on the dashboard on left side of the screen
> see if the wireless is enabled, see if the WPS is enabled
> try to change the name and the password
Reset the router and reconfigure it
As you have mentioned that your Linksys is not detecting device it means that wireless streaming is disable in settings. Kindly enable it and then your router will detect your devices.
