  • Please follow these instructions.
    Step 1: Check if a firmware upgrade is available or not. If it does not helps then
    Step 2: Try resetting the router to factory default, to see if it sorts out the wireless. The wireless could be failing.

  • To Resolve this issue kindly follow these steps:-
    1.Reboot the cable modem.
    2.Reboot the lnksys router.
    3.Update the firmware of your router.
    4.Verify if signal is strong through the cable modem.
    5.Disable WPS within the router admin (Advanced Settings > Wireless > Wi-Fi Protected Setup).
    At last if issue still persists kindly reset your device .

  • All you need to do to resolve this issue are:
    > Turn off the modem wait for 1 minute
    > Turn off the router wait for 1 minute
    > Keep both modem and router of for at least 5 Minutes
    > first Turn on the modem and then after 1 minute turn on the router
    > Pull up your router page update the firmware of the router
    > If you think the issue is still not resolved reset the router and reconfigure it.

    Note: You need to keep patience during the power cycle process.

  • You can go ahead and power cycle all your devices and wait for at least 5 minutes before turning it own again.
    This will definitely resolve your issue.
