– You need to do a hard reset the router.
– Press Reset button for 15 seconds.
– Setup it again
Thanks for sharing your query with us however if you are not able to retrieve password in this case simply reset your router with the help of a paper clip to factory default settings and re setup your router again with fresh settings.

If you are not able to retrieve the router password with the serial number follow the instruction below:
> unplug all the Ethernet and the internet cable connected to the router
> make sure the router should be ON
> Reset the router by pressing the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds
> wait until the router boots up
> plug in the cables back in to the router the same way and reconfigure the router
