To setup Mac filtering on router kindly follow these steps:-
1.Please make sure your Range Extender has connected to the router successfully and check which mode that your Range Extender is working on.
2.Log into Web GUI of the router and select Wireless 2.4GHz-wireless Mac filtering-Add new. Then type in the Virtual MAC Address of your PC and select status as Enabled-Save.
3.Click Add new again and type in the 2.4GHz MAC Address of your range extender. Remember to select status as Enabled-Save.
4.Now you should tick Allow and click enable. Then only the computer you have specified in the list has access to the Internet.
5.If your router and Range Extender are both dual band devices, you can repeat the steps above on router’s wireless 5GHz WEB GUI.
