Hi good people:
I sent this question yesterday, but I gave it a very improper title.
Actually, my phone which is a smsung galaxy grand prime plus phone, has stopped pairing up with my bluetooth keyboard, after I did a re-set of the apps on the phone. Ever since the re-set, each time I attempt to pair up the phone with the bluetooth keyboard, I always get a message saying their is no nearby bluetooth device found. This message pops up even when the bluetooth keyboard is switched on.
Please what can I do to resolve this problem. How can I get the phone to pair up with the bluetooth device again. I use Android 6.01 Mashmello.
Please kindly help me.
Hope to read a response this time.

  • 1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Turn on discoverable mode.
    3. Power the devices off and back on.
    4. Charge up both devices you’re trying to pair.
    5. Delete a device from a phone and rediscover it.
    6. Get away from the Wi-Fi router : Another potential obstacle to successful pairing is interference from devices that use the same spectrum, such as your Wi-Fi router.

  • To resolve this issue kindly check few things here :-
1.Battery should be charged of your keyboard.
2.Bluetooth should be on of both devices.
    3.Power cycle both the devices.
4.Press and hold the pair button of keyboard for a while it will start blinking .
5.Try to pair the devices again.
6.If problem still persists kindly reset both the devices and re setup again.
