  • 1. Open a web browser like Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of the router
    2. Login into router dashboard
    3. Click Advanced, then Firewall.
    4. Create a rule in the firewall: Click Enabled. Enter a name (ftp).Click Allow.
    5. Click Apply and then Continue to save settings.

  • Launch any internet browser using ip address 192.168.0.1 on your computer, it will bring up the router dashboard, Go to advanced and click on firewall and click enabled .
    Enter the FTP and press allow and the save the settings.

  • To setup ftp in router’s Dns kindly follow these steps:-
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6. now you are on router main page, go to advanced.
    7. In advanced tab click on firewall,enable it.
    8.Enter the FTP and press allow and the save the settings.
