printer goes offline and I cannot login in my router ?

  • 1. Check the printer connection whether it is connected to the Wireless network or not
    2. Restart the printer and check for the connection connectivity
    3. Try running the HP Scan doctor to see if the printer is connected over Wifi or not
    4. Go to printer panel and reset Network settings to defaults
    5. Go back to Wireless setup and choose the respective SSID and Password
    6. Once connected print the network test page will give you the IP address
    7. Run the driver software on the computer and select the printer listed
    8. Once done print the test page and you are good to go

  • As you have mentioned that your printer is offline and your are not able to login to your router to check configuration of your network in this case kindly follow these steps:-
    1. Power cycle both the devices i.e router and printer.
    2. check whether printer is in range of your router or not.
    3. see the status of wireless light on your printer panel.
    at last if problem still persists kindly reconfigure your printer by following these steps:-

    1. on your printer panel you need to press wi fi button then you will see a blinking
    light over there.
    2. then you need to go for wireless settings under settings you need to look for
    wireless setup wizard.
    3. your printer will search for available networks.
    4. select your network name and give the right password to it.
    5. click on connect it will be connected then you can print test wireless settings
    page .
    6. then you need to download software for your printer from official hp website.
    7. after downloading just follow the setup wizard and you are good to go now.
