There are several factors that cause wireless connection problems between your range extender and your devices. It can be due to physical obstructions or wireless interference. It reflects limited or slow internet connectivity, try updating the firmware and see if that works OR you can reset the device to factory defaults and then re-configure your device again which will surely fix the issue.
