  • Follow these steps-

    Plug your extender into wall socket .
    -There are 3 ways to setup :-
    1st option-Connect a cable from extender to your computer .
    -Open command prompt and type IPCONFIG .Check the default gateway for ethernet .
    -Use that IP to open setup page and follow the steps to configure it.
    2nd option-Using your wireless device connect on extender open network .
    -Once connected open browser and type http://belkin.range .
    -Setup wizard will appear .Follow the steps to complete the setup.
    3rd option-Using WPS .
    -Press WPS on router for 3 seconds then press on extender for 3 seconds .
    -Wait until you see solid WPS LED on extender.
    -Now check your host network name will appear as “Unknown_EXT” .
    -Connect to it using same router password then open your browser and type http://belkin.range .
    -Now you can configure network setting if needed .

  • 1. Connect your extender in a direct wall socket near by your router for setup.
    2. press wps button on your extender for 3-5 seconds.
    3. Press wps button on your router (you can do it by accessing router main page also).
    4. It will be connected to your routers network.
    5. You will see your network name with ext affixed in it.
    6. Connect to the same network .
    7. It will open a setup wizard for you.
    8. Follow the on screen instructions and you are good to go now.

  • There are several ways to connect your Belkin N300 extender i.e ethernet cable method ,wps method and many more but i am sharing wps method here for wps method you need to follow these steps:-
    1. connect your extender in a direct wall socket near by your router for setup.
    2. press wps button on your extender for 3-5 seconds.
    3. press wps button on your router (you can do it by accessing router main page also).
    4. it will be connected to your routers network.
    5. you will see your network name with ext affixed in it.
    6. connect to the same network .
    7. it will open a setup wizard for you.
    8. follow the on screen instructions and you are good to go now.
    (if problem still persists you can reset your device.)
