how do I connect the devices through wifi?

As you have not mentioned that which device you want to connect to wi fi network i am sharing method to connect to wifi network of few devices:
To connect your smartphone with wi fi network you need to check few things :-
1. you should be aware about the network name and network security key of your netgear router.
2. If earlier your phone was connected to same network then you need to forget the network once
and then try to reconnect.
if problem still persists you can reset your devices and re setup it.
To connect your smart phone to wi fi network kindly follow these steps:-
1. Press the Home button, and then press the Apps button. Navigate to Settings.
2. Under “Wireless and Networks”, make sure “Wi-Fi” is turned on, then press Wi-Fi.
3. You may have to wait a moment as your Android device detects wireless networks in range.
4. Press the Wi-Fi network name that you want to connect to.
5. If prompted, enter the correct Wi-Fi network password, and press Connect.
now your phone is connected with wi fi network .

TO CONNECT YOUR SMART TV WITH Wi Fi network YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
1. Your Smart Tv sholud be in range of your wireless network.
2. Turn on your smart tv.
3. Visit your Smart TV’s Network Settings, Network or Settings menu.
4. Select the WiFi or Wireless option and wait for the device to scan for available wireless networks.
5. Select your WiFi Network Name (also called an SSID) from the list of available networks.
6. When prompted, enter the Password (also called a Network Key) using the keypad on the remote control handset.
7. your smart tv is connected with your wi fi network now.
