How to setup my Belin F9K1015V1 Range extender with the AT& T router?
To setup my Belin F9K1015V1 Range extender with the AT& T router,first plug in the extender into the wall socket near to the main router just for the initial setup.If any changes have been made before,then you must reset the extender.Now connect any of the wireless device with the extender's network.Now open 192.168.206.1 OR belkin.range. When you see the setup wizard,you will have to follow the instructions to complete the setup. You can also change the name and the password of the extender if you want it.Once it's all done then save the settings and let the extender boot by itself.Once you see the solid light on the extender this means it's setup now and we can connect any wireless device with the extended network.
To setup Belkin F9K1015Â range extender follow these steps:-
>Plug in the range extender into the wall socket near to your AT&T router for the initial setup.
*If you made any change on the extender before, then reset the extender by pressing the reset button for at least 30 seconds.
>Connect any of your iPad with Belkin extender wireless network(i.e Belkin.Setup).
>Open any browser and in the address bar type http://192.168.206.1 or http://belkin.range
>Now you will see the setup wizard in the page, follow the instructions to setup the range extender.
>If you want you can change the name of extended network and password of your choice that you want for it.
>Now save the settings and range extender will reboot after saving the settings.
>Once extender lights get solid connect your devices to the extended network and try to go online so that we can check that extender setup done successfully.
- Turn On your Belkin extender
- connect your computer or smartphone with the Belkin extender’s network
- open your web browser and type this address:- 192.168.206.1
- it will take you to the extender’s setup page
- now follow the instructions on the screen and complete the setup process
- once the setup will be completed, then you can connect your wireless devices with the extender’s network
