How do i reset and reconfigure my Amped REC33A range extender with the spectrum router’s wifi?

To reset and reconfigure my Amped REC33A range extender with the spectrum router's wifi , first plug in the extendet to the power and make sure that its placed not more than 10 feet away. Reset the extender if any changes have been made before . Now connect any computer or wireless device with the extender's network. You will see the set up wizard, then click on scan . you will see the list of all available networks nearby. select the network that you want to extend and enter the credentials. Now save the settings and let the extender reboot . Once you have a solid light on the extender, it means it's setup . You can now try connecting the devices with the extender's network.

to reset the extender, make sure it is first of all plugged into wall socket not into any power surge then press the reset button for 30 seconds and release it.

now it is working on the default factory settings

now to configure it, press the WPS button on the router first for 5 seconds and then on extender for 5 seconds.

once the light on the extender gets solids that means it is configured

To reset your extender you need to press and hold the reset pin hole on the extender for 30 seconds

then it comes to default setting

after that plug it in the power socket and connect any of your device to network of the extender and visit 192.168.1.240

it will help you to reach on the setup wizard page of the extender

you just need to follow all the set one by one to get cofigured again
