how to connect dlink router to the home network?

To connect dlink router to the home network , first plug in the router to the power and then connect the router to the modem using the ethernet cable. Connect the computer with the router's network and then open 192.168.1.1 on the browser.You will see the setup wizard , follow the instructions to finish the process.

Didn't understand the questions perfectly, but I guess you are trying to Setup your Dlink router and in order to do that, we need to follow some steps which are as follows:-
- Turn On your Dlink router
- Connect an Ethernet cable between your Dlink router and the modem(make sure that cable should be connected to the Internet port of the Dlink router)
- Now connect your computer with the router's network
- open your web browser and type this address:- 192.168.0.1
- It will take you to the Setup page
- now follow the instructions on the screen and complete the setup process.
