How to connect the Linksys RE6300 range extender with AT&T router’s single(2.4G) wifi band?

You need to follow these step to get it done

First plugin your extender with the power socket

then connect nay of your device with the extender network

and visit 192.168.1.1 it will help you to take you through the setup wizard page whre you ca complete the setup manually

you just need to follow all the step one by one to get it complete

To connect the Linksys RE6300 range extender with AT&T router's single(2.4G) wifi band,first we need to turn on the extender.Now connect any of the wireless devices with the extender's network.Open 192.168.1.1 on the browser.When you see the extender's setup page,click on the start button and let it search all available networks .Select the one that's your router.Enter the credentials.Once its connected then it will search for 5G band and make sure that you click on  I DON'T NEED A SECOND NETWORK and hit on next. Save the settings now and once setup is done then you can try connecting the devices with the extender's network.

• Turn On your Linksys extender
• connect your computer or smartphone with the Linksys extender’s network
• open your web browser and type this address:- 192.168.1.1
• it will take you to the extender’s setup page
• Click on the Start button and then it will search for SSID
• Select your AT&T router's wifi network and then enter the password
• once it gets connected then it will search for the 5G band and at that time you need to click on "I don't need a second network" and then hit Next.
• And after that save the settings and once the setup will be completed, then you can connect your wireless devices with the extender’s network
