First you need to connect your device with the router network

Then open any browser and type at the very top of the screen 192.168.1.

now it will ask for the username and password, then you need to click on the cancel option

after that, it will take you to a different page where it will ask for the Serial Number of the Router

so enter the Serial number of your router(which will be at the back-side or on the bottom of the router itself) and then hit continue.

now it will ask for the security questions and you need to answer them and then hit next

Then it will show you your username and password
