You can configure your router by following some steps:-
:- Open any internet browser on computer and visit to router login page
:-You can open router login page through http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com or 192.168.1.1
:-Click on set-up wizard and follow the instructions
:-You will be prompted to change the password
:-Create secure password which contains uppercase & lowercase letters,symbol
:-Click on next
:-Click on save
:-Router will save the settings
:-If you still unable to configure router than just dial 1-800-603-4024 and get additional help from expertise

To change the name & password of your network of linksys router you need to follow these steps:-
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password . (Default user name – admin password-password).
6. It will open router main page then you need to go to wireless section .
7. Under wireless section you can change network name & passphrase/network key.
8. save the settings and connect your devices with new network name & password.
9. kindly upgrade the router firmware as well if there is any update pending over there.

1.PULG IN THE LINKSYS TO THE WALL OUTLET.
2.WAIT FOR THE LIGHTS TO TURN SOLID ON YOUR ROUTER.

6.NOW YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE SETUP WIZARD ON THE SCREEN AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.
