VR Motion sickness is almost same as Driving in high latitude or taking a ride on roller coaster .

-VR sickness can be caused due to motion parallax or in simple word mismatched motion or totally a different viewing angle.
I also have experienced same VR sickness when I tried it for the first time .
To tackle such behavior you need to be adaptive to such kind of virtual experience .
Its a good gaming and entertainment tool but if you are facing real sickness try not using it more .

Its your mind that is not used to the VR experience. When your playing a game your body is in one place and your mind is not adapting to the fact that you are driving a car.So the phenomena appear to be connected to a mismatch between the visual and vestibular systems.Your eyes are telling your brain one thing and your other senses tell you that you are moving as the car drifts or you are taking a turn but in reality your body is still in the same place.

By these steps you can avoid motion sickness-
1.Try to play games while your sitting.
2.Try to avoid VR games when your having a headache or you feel sick.
3.Adjust the VR gear according to your liking.
4.You need to adapt to the VR experience by practising try to play different games and your mind will be able to adapt the changes,it takes time to get used to the new things but only practise will make you perfect.

Here is the list of the VR Gear That you can try-
    1. Playstation 4 VR
    2.HTC vive
    3.samsung Gear oculus.
