My extender keeps on disconnecting

If you are facing disconnection with your extender, then there are some troubleshooting steps that you can follow in order to resolve this problem, which is shown below:-
- make sure your extender is in the range of your main router(should be within 35-40 ft.)
- your extender should be plugged in into the direct to the wall socket, not to any surge protector
- make sure your extender's firmware is updated.
- if it's still giving you the problem then, in that case, you can reset your extender and reconfigure it again.
If you are not able to open your browser then you can try to reset your browser or you can try any other browser.try to restart your computer and then open your browser. If you are still facing the issue with your browsers then you have to uninstall and reinstall your browser.
Disconnecting problem with your Extender –
1.Try upgrading the firmware of your extender and router.
2.Try changing the channel of your router to channel 11 and re-setup your extender.
3.Extender should be in range of 30 feet from router not more than that.
4.Try resetting your browser .
5.Try a different browser .
6.Reset your computer’s winsock .
-Open command prompt and run as administrator .
Type one by one all these and press enter -netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int ip reset
Your browsers will start working .Make sure after resetting it you restart your computer.
TO AVOID DISCONNECTIONS YOUR EXTENDER SHOULD BE IN RANGE OF 25-30 FEET FROM YOUR ROUTER IF PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS YOU CAN HARD RESET YOUR EXTENDER AND THEN RESET UP THE DEVICE.
FOR RESET UP YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
1. CONNECT YOUR EXTENDER IN A DIRECT WALL SOCKET.
2. PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR EXTENDER FOR 3-5 SECONDS.
3.PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR ROUTER (YOU CAN DO IT BY ACCESSING ROUTER MAIN PAGE ALSO).
4.IT WILL BE CONNECTED TO YOUR ROUTERS NETWORK.
5.YOU WILL SE YOUR NETWORK NAME WITH EXT AFFIXED IN IT.
6.CONNECT TO THE SAME NETWORK .
7. IT WILL OPEN A SETUP WIZARD FOR YOU.
8.FOLLOW THE STEPS OF WIZARD AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO NOW.
(IF PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS YOU CAN RESET YOUR DEVICE.)
