  • Tplin-Tlwa860re is a great extender .Easy to setup with AC pass through which helps you to save your power socket for the devices.

Plug your extender in direct wall socket .
Once you are connected and got solid power light on it connect your wireless device to extender network .
Pull up your browser and type http://tplinkrepeater.net or 192.168.0.254 otherwise auto setup also appears in some cases .
You need to login with default login information (admin and admin ) for both user and password.
setup wizard will start and just follow the steps and thats it .

  • Setting up tp-link extender is really easy using WPS button. Here are the steps you will need to follow,

1.First you will need to place the tp-link extender near to your router and then plug the power to WiFi extender.

2.Press the WPS button located at the tp-link extender and do the same on your router, within two minutes, tp-link extender will connect itself with the existing network.

3.Type http://tplinkrepeater.net or 192.168.0.250 in address bar ,if the setup is not working.

4.You will notice that the LED status will be solid green,it means the extender is not working.

Once your tp-link extender is connected with the existing network you can place the WiFi extender where the dead zones are at your location.
