  • To resolve this error issue kindly follow these steps:-
    1.Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while opening router page.
    2.If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and try again.
    3.Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
    4.Clear all browser caches.Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
    5.if you are using chrome as a browser Try turning off these features in Chrome:
    Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
    Uncheck these:
    Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
    Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
    Predict network actions to improve page load performance
    6.Enable phishing and malware protection
    7.check for firmware update if pending kindly update the firmware.
    8.if problem still persists reset your router with a paper clip and reconfigure it with fresh settings.

  • 1. Disable any antivirus on the machine
    2. Reset your Browser and remove all the cache and history
    3. Try using Internet explorer browser without add-ons
    4. Check for any type of malwares on the machine which can cause this issue
    5. In the end you can reset your router and configure the settings again and follow the screen instructions
