  • As you have mentioned that you are getting red light after the setup of extender kindly follow these steps:-
    1. check the distance between your extender and router means extender should be in range of your router.
    2. extender should be directly plugged in to a wall socket, kindly dont use surge protector or any kind of extensions.
    3.firmware of both the devices should be updated i.e router and extender.
    if problem still persists it means setup of extender was not properly done so reset your extender and re configure it with fresh settings.

  • 1. Red light means extender is not getting power
    2. Try rebooting your extender
    3. If that doesn’t work then reset your extender and reconfigure it again with the router network configuration
