how to get the internet back on asus router?
If you are not getting the Internet on the Asus router please follow the instructions below:
First try to a power cycle in which you need to first turn off the modem, router and the Computer. then first turn on the modem, then the router and the computer adn then check if you are getting internet.
if still there is no internet on the Asus check with your internet service provider or else you can connect a cable directlt from your modem to the computer and see if you are getting internet.
if you are getting internet then press and hold the reset button on the Asus router for 30 seconds.
Connect your computer to the asus router via wifi or ethernet cable.
pull up a browser and at the top of the address bar type in 192.168.50.1 or 192.168.1.1 and hit enter. You will be directed to the Asus router setup screen
Please make sure you need to be sure about the connection type if its PPpOE , Static IP, P2pt connection.
Follow the instructions and complete the setup.
You should have the internet connection.
